Wash the vegetables and cut them into fine strips.
Devein the prawns
Heat up some oil and add the onions, the sliced peppers then the pineapple; add some oyster sauce and VOM FASS sesame oil. Add some VOM FASS apple balsam vinegar to deglaze.
Cook the prawns in a separate pan and season; when cooked, add some fish sauce; add them to the vegetables.
Cook your egg noodles and add to your vegetables.
Serve with a drizzle of VOM FASS apple balsam vinegar and chopped coriander.
