Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 500g biscotti (Italian almond biscuits)
  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 400g yogurt
  • 300g mascarpone
  • 250ml VOM FASS Mango Balsam Vinegar
  • 200g almonds
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • Mint leaves (optional)


  • Peel the mangoes; cut some slices to dress up the glass and cut the rest of the mangoes in dices
  • Toast the flaked almonds in a pan without oil. When ready, mix them with honey
  • Mix the yogurt with mascarpone, honey and VOM FASS mango balsam vinegar
  • Break the biscotti into crumbs
  • In a glass, make layers with biscotti crumbs, mango dices, creamy mixture with yogurt and mascarpone, and flaked almonds with honey, and repeat until you fill up the glass
  • Put the mango slices on top and add fresh mint leaves (optional)
