Place a sheet of parchment paper on top of a sheet of foil paper
*Tip: ingredients tend to stick to foil paper
You can use parchment paper on its own for the Papillotes but the foil paper really helps holding all your ingredients for this specific recipe
Place 1 slice of tomato, 1 Mackerel fillet, 1 slice of lemon, slices of peppers, slices of shallots, chopped garlic and chilli, 1 tsp of mustard, 2 slices of goat cheese, drizzle of oil and seasoning on the parchment paper sheet; fold the parchment paper and foil paper and fold the edges so that it holds all your ingredients
