Add flour and baking powder in a bowl. Add milk, eggs and salt and mix into a soft dough
Leave to rest for 15 minutes. Bake the pancakes. Keep pancakes warm in the oven
Wash peaches and cut in slices; place the slices on a trey covered with parchment paper. Add sugar and VOM FASS Vineyard Peach Liqueur. Put in the oven until the sugar has melted
Place the pancakes on plates, slices of peaches, vanilla ice cream. Sprinkle with toasted hazelnuts (chopped) and add a drizzle of Hazelnut oil
