Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 500 g button mushrooms
  • 2 shallots
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 red chilli (optional)
  • 5 tablespoons rapeseed oil VOM FASS
  • 100 ml of VOM FASS Sherry
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons chopped parsley


  • Wipe the mushrooms clean and dry. Peel and finely chop the shallots and garlic. Put some rapeseed oil in a pan with some butter, sauté shallots, garlic and chilli in it. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry 5 to 6 minutes. Deglaze with the sherry and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm
