Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 4 tbsp rapeseed oil VOM FASS
  • 400g squid
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • salt
  • Pepper
  • 3 tbsp chopped parsley


  • Peel the garlic and chop finely. Chop the chilli. Heat the rapeseed oil in a pan, fry the squid with garlic and chili peppers in halves and ready fry over medium heat in 1 to 2 minutes. Pour the lemon juice over it. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and parsley seasoning and serve warm or cold. Portions contact the squid rings in batter and fry in oil. Drain on kitchen paper and serve.
