Volt Magazine–Preview Issue 11

Spring is officially here and fashionably welcomed by the recent cover shoot from Volt Magazine. Their Preview Issue 11 focuses on the season’s latest trends, including brilliant removable collars and shiny metallics. The oxfords and high-waisted skirts do add a bit of a prep attitude to the editorial; but richly patterned blouses and layers of bejeweled bracelets provide the right amount of rebel persona. The “Just a Kid” cover references the innocence of a school girl with youthful ensembles. Frilly skirts and feathery accents in icy pastels reinforce the same girly quality. The addition of pink-tipped tresses and deconstructed denim give the perfect touch of edgy appeal. The overall look is fresh and fun, exactly what spring is all about.
